Event Terms & Conditions

Thank you for joining us at the Baby Brand Event hosted by KOR Studio Pilates. By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking Confirmation

A $10 deposit is required to secure your place at the event. Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

2. Refundable Deposit

Your $10 deposit will be refunded to the original payment method after you attend the event and your attendance has been confirmed by KOR Studio Pilates.Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

3. Cancellations

If you are unable to attend the event, please notify us by emailing hello@korstudio.com.au no later than 24 hours before the event. Bookings cancelled with at least 24 hours notice will be eligible for a full refund of the $10 deposit.

4. Late Cancellations & No Shows

Cancellations received within 24 hours of the event, or failure to attend without prior notice, will result in the $10 deposit being forfeited. This is in accordance with KOR Studio Pilates’ late cancellation and no show policy.

5. Booking Conditions

Each booking is valid for one registered attendee only and cannot be transferred to another person unless approved by KOR Studio Pilates prior to the event. The refundable deposit applies only to the registered attendee who attends the event. Deposits cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, used as studio credit, or applied towards memberships, class packs, retail purchases, or future bookings.

6. Event Inclusions

Eligible attendees may receive event inclusions such as goodie bags, raffle tickets, exclusive gift vouchers, complimentary refreshments, and other promotional items provided by Ergobaby, KOR Studio Pilates and participating event partners.Unless otherwise stated:• Event inclusions are limited to one per registered attendee.
• Goodie bags, raffle tickets, gift vouchers, refreshments, and promotional items are only available to attendees who check in and attend the event.
• Event inclusions are subject to availability and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted.
• Gift vouchers are subject to their own terms and conditions, including any expiry dates, exclusions, or redemption requirements.
• Exclusive gift vouchers are intended for the registered attendee only and may not be transferred, redeemed for cash, or combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.
• Complimentary refreshments are available while stocks last. Please advise our team of any dietary requirements or allergies; however, we cannot guarantee all dietary requests can be accommodated. Promotional offers, services, products, and vouchers provided by event partners are offered by the respective businesses and are subject to their individual terms and conditions. KOR Studio Pilates is not responsible for the availability, quality, or fulfilment of partner offers.

7. Raffle & Prizes

Raffle tickets are available to eligible attendees who attend the event. Winners must be present at the time of the draw unless otherwise communicated by KOR Studio Pilates.Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted unless determined by KOR Studio Pilates or the relevant prize provider.

8. Event Changes or Cancellation

KOR Studio Pilates reserves the right to amend the event schedule, activities, presenters, participating partners, or venue where reasonably necessary.Should the event be cancelled by KOR Studio Pilates, registered attendees will receive a full refund of their $10 deposit.

9. Health & Safety

By attending the event, you acknowledge that participation in Pilates and physical activities involves some level of risk. You agree to participate within your own abilities and follow the instructions provided by KOR Studio Pilates instructors and staff.Please inform our team prior to participating if you are pregnant, have an injury, or have any medical condition that may affect your ability to safely participate in any event activities.

10. Participation & Liability

By attending the event, you acknowledge that you participate voluntarily and accept responsibility for your own health, safety, and wellbeing.KOR Studio Pilates is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or illness arising from participation in the event, except where required by law.

11. Photography & Videography

Photography and videography may be captured during the event for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes. By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed and agree that Ergobaby and KOR Studio Pilates may use this content for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to appear in any photos or videos, please notify a member of our team upon arrival and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected during registration will be used to manage your booking, communicate event updates, and provide important event information.Where you have provided consent, your details may also be shared with participating event partners for marketing purposes. Your personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Arrival & Check In

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the event to allow sufficient time for check in. KOR Studio Pilates reserves the right to refuse entry to late arrivals where attendance may disrupt the event experience.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Event Terms & Conditions.

$88 for 5 Classes – Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Details

  • Offer includes 5 group classes for $88 AUD.

  • This is a limited time offer and is available until 24th February at 11:59pm.

  • Purchases must be made before the promotional end date.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to new and returning clients.

  • Clients must have an active account with KOR Studio Pilates to purchase.

3. Validity

  • All 5 classes must be used within 3 weeks (21 days) from the date of first booking.

  • Any unused classes will automatically expire after this period (21 days).

  • No extensions, pauses, or transfers permitted.

4. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Bookings are essential and subject to availability.

  • A minimum of 5 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a class.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows (within 5 hours of class start time) will result in the class being forfeited.

5. Refunds

  • This promotional package is strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

6. Other Conditions

  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

  • KOR Studio Pilates reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time.

KŌR Holiday Pass – Terms & Conditions

  • The 5 for $55 Holiday Pass is available for purchase until the end of January 2026.

  • You can purchase the pass now and join us for your first class whenever you’re ready.

  • The pass is valid for 21 days from the date of your first class booked.

  • Open to new and returning clients.

  • Offer can be redeemed twice per person.

  • Pass is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-shareable.

  • Standard 5-hour cancellation policy applies; late cancels and no-shows will forfeit the session.

  • No extensions or credits will be provided for unused sessions after expiry.

  • KŌR Studio reserves the right to modify or end the promotion at any time.
