Event Terms & Conditions

Thank you for registering for the Ergobaby™ × KOR Move As One Event hosted by KOR Studio Pilates. By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Event Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking Confirmation

A $10 deposit is required to secure your place at the event. Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

2. Refundable Deposit

Your $10 deposit will be refunded to the original payment method after you attend the event and your attendance has been confirmed by KOR Studio Pilates. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

3. Cancellations

If you are unable to attend the event, please notify us by emailing hello@korstudio.com.au no later than 24 hours before the event. Bookings cancelled with at least 24 hours notice will be eligible for a full refund of the $10 deposit.

4. Late Cancellations & No Shows

Cancellations received within 24 hours of the event, or failure to attend without prior notice, will result in the $10 deposit being forfeited. This is in accordance with KOR Studio Pilates’ late cancellation and no show policy.

5. Booking Conditions

Each booking is valid for one registered attendee only and cannot be transferred to another person unless approved by KOR Studio Pilates prior to the event. The refundable deposit applies only to the registered attendee who attends the event. Deposits cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, used as studio credit, or applied towards memberships, class packs, retail purchases, or future bookings.

Each registration includes one adult attendee and one baby (up to 24 months of age).

6. Event Inclusions

Each registered attendee who checks in and attends the event will receive:

• One Father + Baby mat Pilates session.

• Two complimentary matcha drinks.

• Two complimentary cupcakes.

• One goodie bag.

• One automatic entry into the major prize draw.

• Access to exclusive partner offers, giveaways, gift vouchers and event activations.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Event inclusions are limited to one set per registered attendee.

• Each registered attendee will receive two complimentary matcha drinks and two complimentary cupcakes. Additional beverages may be purchased separately on the day, subject to availability.

• Goodie bags, gift vouchers, refreshments and promotional items are only available to attendees who check in and attend the event.

• Event inclusions are subject to availability and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or substituted.

• Gift vouchers are subject to their own terms and conditions, including expiry dates and redemption requirements.

• Promotional offers, products, services and vouchers provided by participating event partners are subject to the individual partner's terms and conditions. KOR Studio Pilates is not responsible for the availability or fulfilment of partner offers.

7. Raffle & Prize Draw

• Every registered attendee who checks in at the event will automatically receive one entry into the major prize draw.

• Additional raffle entries may be earned by participating in selected activities and partner activations throughout the event.

• The prize draw will take place during the event.

• Winners must be present to claim their prize unless otherwise advised by KOR Studio Pilates.

• If a winner is not present, KOR Studio Pilates reserves the right to redraw the prize.

• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash unless otherwise determined by KOR Studio Pilates or the prize provider.

• The number and value of prizes may vary and are subject to change.

8. Event Changes or Cancellation

KOR Studio Pilates reserves the right to amend the event schedule, activities, presenters, participating partners, or venue where reasonably necessary. Should the event be cancelled by KOR Studio Pilates, registered attendees will receive a full refund of their $10 deposit.

9. Health & Safety

By attending the event, you acknowledge that participation in Pilates and physical activities involves some level of risk. You agree to participate within your own abilities and follow the instructions provided by KOR Studio Pilates instructors and staff. Please inform our team prior to participating if you are pregnant, have an injury, or have any medical condition that may affect your ability to safely participate in any event activities.

10. Participation & Liability

By attending the event, you acknowledge that you participate voluntarily and accept responsibility for your own health, safety, and wellbeing. KOR Studio Pilates is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or illness arising from participation in the event, except where required by law.

11. Photography & Videography

Photography and videography may be captured during the event for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes. By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed and agree that Ergobaby™ and KOR Studio Pilates may use this content for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to appear in any photos or videos, please notify a member of our team upon arrival and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected during registration will be used to manage your booking, communicate event updates, and provide important event information. Where you have provided consent, your details may also be shared with participating event partners for marketing purposes. Your personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Arrival & Check In

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the event to allow sufficient time for check in. KOR Studio Pilates reserves the right to refuse entry to late arrivals where attendance may disrupt the event experience.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Event Terms & Conditions.
