KŌR Holiday Pass – Terms & Conditions

The 5 for $55 Holiday Pass is available for purchase only in December 2025.
You can purchase the pass now and join us for your first class whenever you’re ready.
The pass is valid for 21 days from the date of your first class booked.
Open to new and returning clients.
Offer can be redeemed once per person.
Pass is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-shareable.
Standard 5-hour cancellation policy applies; late cancels and no-shows will forfeit the session.
No extensions or credits will be provided for unused sessions after expiry.
KŌR Studio reserves the right to modify or end the promotion at any time.

Spring Into Summer Challenge – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the KŌR Spring Into Summer Challenge! We’re excited to move, connect, and celebrate with you. Please read the following terms to understand how the challenge works.

1. Eligibility

The Challenge is open to:

Clients with remaining pack credits who convert to a membership

Exclusions:

Class pass holders are not eligible. You’re welcome to join our membership community to participate.

2. Challenge Duration

The Challenge runs for 4 weeks, from 24th November 2025 to 21st December 2025.

Participants must complete 3 or more classes per week during each of the 4 weeks.

3. How to Enter

Simply book and attend your classes as normal.

Attendance is tracked automatically through the KŌR booking system.

4. Prizes

The total prize pool is valued at over $1,000 and includes:

5. Winner Selection

Members who complete 3 or more classes per week for all 4 weeks will qualify for prize eligibility.

The member with the highest overall attendance across the entire 4-week challenge will win the Grand Prize.

All other members who have met the minimum attendance requirement (3+ classes per week for 4 weeks) will go into a draw for the remaining runner-up prizes.

Two runner-up winners will be selected at random from this pool.

Winners will be contacted directly by KŌR Studio at the end of the challenge.

Only classes attended and marked as completed in the booking system count toward attendance.

In the event of a tie for highest attendance, KŌR Studio may conduct a random draw between tied members to determine the Grand Prize winner.

6. Membership Conversion (for Pack Holders)

Clients with remaining pack credits may convert those credits into a membership to join the Challenge.

The value of remaining pack classes will be deducted from the first membership payment.

Membership begins immediately once converted.

Once active, members must meet the attendance requirement (3+ classes per week) to be eligible for prizes.

7. General Terms

KŌR Studio reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel the Challenge at any time.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

By participating, you agree to allow KŌR Studio to use your name or photo for Challenge-related announcements or promotions.

All decisions made by KŌR Studio regarding eligibility, attendance, and prize allocation are final.
