Terms & Conditions

• Available to new clients only (clients who have not previously held a KŌR Studio membership or intro offer).

• The 28-day period begins from the date of the first booked class, not the purchase date.

• Unlimited classes are subject to class capacity, studio timetable, and booking policies.

• Includes one complimentary private clinical consultation.

• Complimentary KŌR grip socks and tote bag are included once per client.

• A $100 credit will be applied only when transitioning onto a KŌR Studio membership.

The $100 credit:
• Is redeemable toward membership fees only
• Is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash
• Cannot be used on class packs, casual visits, retail, workshops, or private sessions
• Must be used while the membership remains active

• We kindly ask for 4 weeks’ notice for membership cancellations.

• If you need to pause your membership, 2 weeks’ notice is required. Pauses can be applied for a set period only.

• Limit of one intro offer per client.

• KŌR Studio Pilates reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.

KŌR Holiday Pass – Terms & Conditions

  • The 5 for $55 Holiday Pass is available for purchase until the end of January 2026.

  • You can purchase the pass now and join us for your first class whenever you’re ready.

  • The pass is valid for 21 days from the date of your first class booked.

  • Open to new and returning clients.

  • Offer can be redeemed twice per person.

  • Pass is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-shareable.

  • Standard 5-hour cancellation policy applies; late cancels and no-shows will forfeit the session.

  • No extensions or credits will be provided for unused sessions after expiry.

  • KŌR Studio reserves the right to modify or end the promotion at any time.
